"Yo simplemente no puedO encontrar tiempo para ello."

"Yo no veo el valor en ello."

"Yo no soy muy bueno en eso."

¿Por qué meditar? Cuando nos sentimos de mal humor, fuera de tipo, con exceso de trabajo, cansado, frustrado, ¿por qué meditar? Cuando nos encontramos quejumbroso, o enojado, o deprimido, o cansado, o cualquiera de los muchos sentimientos que trae la vida humana, ¿por qué meditar? Cuando no podemos calma la mente, porque hay tantas presiones, tantas cosas que necesitan atención, ¿por qué meditar? Cuando estamos aburridos, ¿por qué meditar? Cuando estamos enfermos o nuestro ser querido está enfermo, ¿por qué meditar?

La respuesta a esta pregunta: "¿Por qué meditar?" es a la vez simple y complejo, que requiere algo de voluntad y la fe. La respuesta es la siguiente: Como individuos tenemos sólo una cantidad limitada de energía, fuerza, sabiduría y poder para efectuar cambios en nuestras vidas. A medida que el Maestro le preguntó: "¿Quién de nosotros, mediante la adopción de un pensamiento, puede cambiar un solo cabello de su cabeza, o añadir un centímetro a su estatura?" En la condición humana, individual, la respuesta es "Ninguno de nosotros". Pero hay otra condición que puede. En la condición universal, con las influencias espirituales que fluyen, cualquiera de nosotros puede lograr un cambio en nuestras vidas y las vidas de quienes nos rodean. Me gusta especialmente que muchas de nuestras experiencias de meditación son profundas porque son las manifestaciones de la vida o el espíritu que actúa a través de nuestros cuerpos.

 

Es simplemente una cuestión de ley natural y divina: Si permanecemos en la condición individual, humana, entonces tenemos que la potencia es limitada para hacer frente a los desafíos de la vida. La meditación ayuda a nuestra voluntad y la elección de estar de acuerdo con Dios. Luego, las actividades de la vida se mueven con la influencia divina.

WHY MEDITATE?

"I just can't find time for it."

"I just don't see the value in it."

"I'm not very good at it."

Why meditate? When we feel moody, out-of-sorts, overworked, tired, frustrated; why meditate? When we find ourselves whiny, or angry, or depressed, or weary, or any of the many feelings that human life brings; why meditate? When we can't quiet our minds because there are so many pressures, so many things that need attention; why meditate? When we are bored; why meditate? When we are sick or our loved one is sick; why meditate?

The answer to this question "Why meditate?" is both simple and complex, requiring some willpower and faith. The answer goes like this: As individuals we have only a limited amount of energy, strength, wisdom and power to effect change in our lives. As the Master asked, "Who among us, by taking thought, can change one hair on their head, or add an inch to their stature?" In the normal, human, individual condition, the answer is "None of us." But there is another condition that we CAN get into. In the universal condition, with the spiritual influences flowing, any one of us can effect change in our lives and the lives of those around us. This is the real reason for finding time and space to meditate. As a human individual we can do little, but as the universal forces find more presence within our minds and bodies, we become potent beings of the Life Force.

 

"As the body-physical is purified, as the mental body is made wholly at-one with purification or purity, with the life and light within itself, healing comes, strength comes, power comes."

"So may an individual effect a healing, through meditation, through attuning not just a side of the mind nor a portion of the body but the WHOLE, to that at-oneness with the spiritual forces within, the gift of the life-force within EACH body."

"The gift of the life-force within each body" &emdash; what a wonderful statement. Within each of us is a latent gift waiting to be claimed. It is claimed by purification of body, and the mind being wholly at-one with purity. This correlates to the passage-in-consciousness stage in which the "earthly portions" are removed from the body and suspended above it, thereby leaving the body clear, clean, pure, so the soul can rise and the spiritual influences can penetrate the whole of our being. Then comes healing, strength and power.

"The nearer the body of an individual draws to that attunement, or consciousness, as was in the Christ Consciousness, the nearer does the body become a channel for LIFE &endash; LIVING life &endash; to others to whom the thought is directed. Hence at such periods, these are the manifestions of the life, or the spirit, acting THROUGH the body."

"Let these remain as sacred experiences, gathering more and more of same &endash; but remember, as such is given out, so does it come."

I particularly like the explanation that many of our deep meditaiton experiences are the manifestions of the life or spirit acting through our bodies. After all, our bodies are atomic structures:

"The body-physical is an atomic structure. Each atom, each corpuscle, has within it the whole form of the universe &endash; within its OWN structure. Each individual body must bring its own creative force in balance about each of the atomic centers in order for the resuscitating, revivifying to occur in the body. The law then is compliance with the universal spiritual influence that awakens any atomic center."

It is simply a matter of natural and divine law: If we remain in the individual, human condition, then we have limited potency in dealing with life's challenges. However, if we open ourselves regularly to the "universal spiritual influence," then human conditions are tempered by these forces, and these forces are life and light, with power to make all things new.

"What moves the spirit of life's activities? GOD, but Will and Choice misdirect."

Meditation helps our will and choice be in accord with God's. Then life's activities move with the Divine Influence.

When is the best time to meditate? Here's a great answer from Cayce: "The best hour for meditation is 2:00 o'clock in the morning. The better [is] that set as the period in which the body and mind may be dedicated to it. Then keep thy promise to thy inner self, and to your Maker, or that to which ye dedicate they body, mind and soul."

Angels are associated with the Heavens, and represent energy sourced from above.

Angels are tasked as intermediaries between spirit beings and humans.

An Angel's mission is help humans accomplish their soul's purpose here on Earth.

There is a hierarchy: some Angels serve overall purposes such as the evolution of all humankind and other Angels serve components of the purpose, such as the evolution of an individual.

Angels will hover unnoticed, prepared to serve humans in an emergency, but they can interact much more directly and powerfully if they are invited to participate by humans. You have to ask an angel to help you, otherwise they are forbidden to interfere - it is all to do with free will.

Angels are currently using crystals to manifest their energies on the earth plane - it makes it easier for them to work with you. They are not bound to the crystals and will come and go as you need them.

Introduction

Each of us is born with an internal guidance system. Some refer to it as intuition, instinct or sixth sense. Perhaps

input comes through a flash of insight, through a hunch, through an image that appears on the screen of your

mind during silent contemplation, meditation, or through a dream. Your inner guidance system also includes the

capacity for spiritual listening that can yield a dialogue between you and friends in non-physical realms. This

two-way exchange of information can be with any of God’s conversationalists, including guardian angels, your

soul, deceased relatives or friends, and other spiritual mentors from Beyond. It is intrinsically human to receive

guidance from heavenly friends that love and support you.

For many years, I have been devoted to facilitating the translation of messages from angels. Sometimes I am the

one who receives messages. Sometimes I teach students to receive for themselves. Since 1988, I provided

hundreds of classes and seminars on the topic of spiritual listening, enabling students to obtain conscious

communication from their allies in the skies. The diversity of challenges presented by my students contributed

to the evolution of my spiritual listening course. I thank them for being open, questioning students so that I

could continually improve my instruction, now compiled in the form of this book.

I help seekers uncover a connection that already exists with their angelic helpers. In a way, it is similar to a

treasure hunt. I teach people what to look for, how to look for it, and where to start. Then it is up to the student

and his heavenly friends to unearth the precious contact. The treasure might be a verbal message. It might be a

vision. Or it might be a feeling. Guardian angels can produce a diverse array of effects including reassurance of

their palpable presence, tranquility, release of emotion, enhancement of desires, courage, vitality, and

recognition of unshakable kinship with any aspect of Creation. The benefits compel me. One person might

receive some insight or encouragement from her angels, helping her reclaim a positive self-image. Another may

learn something that helps her let go of bitterness, or let go of fear that keeps her from progressing. Yet another

might gain more comfort and clarity of insight than he would experience anywhere else.

I am not gifted with any unique power. I do not have any favored status among angels. I am neither saint nor

sorcerer. Quite simply, I believe it is part of the natural order of earthly human life to communicate with

heavenly spirits.

What Actually Happens When You Listen To Angels?

As you reflect on the frequently mocked theatrics of fortune tellers wrapped from head to toe in colorful exotic

fabrics, babbling and hovering over crystal balls, you might seriously question the wisdom of developing your

own extra-sensory perceptions. Perhaps you have a pre-conceived notion of cryptic messages received as hands

shuffle tarot cards, or as hands float along with a Ouija planchette. Perhaps you have read about séances where

objects purportedly levitate, accompanied by knocking, rapping and table tipping. Spiritual listening is a simple,

stand-alone process. Everything needed is contained within you. It does not require mystical objects,

adornments, or tableaux that are stereotypical of seers and other paranormal intermediaries. For most, it is a

quiet, sedate experience.

Essentially, spiritual listening looks like this: close your eyes - set clear, confident intentions - still your body

and mind - listen for phrases or sentences that arrive via thoughts that are separate from your own. In its basic

form it is quite simple. Some students access messages with little practice. Yet many need to apply themselves

over time before they hear anything. Reception improves with experience even if a beginner has immediate

success. A novice who practices regularly will eventually facilitate a finer quality of messages.

What is it actually like to receive verbal communication from an angel? Despite the universality of the aptitude

to listen spiritually, the particulars of reception can vary from person to person. You might hear words that

enter your mind like a subtle, fleeting thought. Initially, a message could be so subtle that you might not be able

to distinguish it from your own mind. Some people experience angel messages in a steady stream similar to

prose, or similar to a lecture from a scholar. Some people get sentence fragments. You might hear a message

while simultaneously seeing an image on the screen of your mind. A written message might move in a line

across the screen of your mind like words on a computer screen saver. Some receive a feeling similar to a flash

of insight, a gut feeling or a hunch. In a subsequent chapter, I further delineate experiences that are common in

the beginning stages of spiritual listening (Experiences Which Are Common Among Beginners).

Occasionally, I have heard a person say he heard his name called when no one else was physically present. The

name was heard in an auditory way - via physical ears rather than a thought in the mind. Each heard his name

only one or two times over the course of many years. The source of each call could have been angel guides or a

deceased relative/friend. Angels might use your name (not always) as a way to improve their connection with

you. Deceased friends might use your name to let you know they are contented and doing well. However,

based on my extensive experience with training students, I contend that the majority of verbal messages from

angels will come as thoughts in your mind not via your physical ears.

Guardian angels are frequently communicating with their assigned humans. Just because you are unaware of the

text of your angels’ transmissions does not mean you are missing out. Your psyche benefits in a way similar to

listening to subliminal audiotapes. However, angels are not looking to turn you into a puppet. It is possible for

them to influence you regarding your personal progress without controlling your actions. I knew a woman who,

for a very long time, got suggestions from her angels to leave her full-time job. The suggestions came through

her dreams rather than through spiritual listening. She had been confining herself to the belief that she was

stuck in a certain grueling full-time job indefinitely. However, a couple of years after the dreams began she

found a more desirable job. Throughout those two years, her spiritual guardians were influencing her without

any coercion. Think of dreams as well as daytime messages from angels as respectful forms of coaching.

One last tidbit about what happens during spiritual listening – guardian angels do not take over your body when

they speak to you. They have less intrusive ways to facilitate the connection that allows their thoughts to be

exchanged with yours. Your angelic guides do not want you to be overwhelmed or distressed by the exchange.

They are eager for you to receive input comfortably so they can assist you through the complex matrix of

earthly drama.

Words, Pictures and Feelings

In the previous chapter, I suggested that messages are perceived in a variety of ways. Perception comes through

psychic senses. Sometimes, two or three psychic senses converge simultaneously. You might hear a message

while a visual image is presented on the screen of your mind. A written message might be delivered like words

streaming across a computer screen saver. You might receive a clear flash of insight, a gut feeling or a vague

hunch, alone or with other senses.

We have spiritual senses that correspond to our physical senses. I cite three of them that are the primary modes

for perception of messages from spiritual realms -

1. Clairaudience – (words) Hearing thought impressions or mental words from a disincarnate spiritual friend,

such as a guardian angel or a deceased relative.

2. Clairvoyance – (pictures) Images appearing on the screen of your mind. Some describe the screen of your

mind as “the mind’s eye”. These images are often hazy, like seeing people and objects in a dimly lit room.

3. Clairsentience – (feelings) Sensing the existence of a person, creature, event, feeling, situation, or other

condition that is present outside of your own physical self.

Each time that I listen for angel dialogue, I receive something via each of the above-listed modes of perception.

They are sometimes referred to as “the clairs.” Many people receive information exclusively by means of only

one of the clairs. If you currently access only one of them, you can expect to open to the other two eventually.

This occurs when you repeatedly listen, watch or feel, expecting access during time spent with your angel

guides.

Each of the following illustrates reception from angels using all three modes.

Example #1 – A client asks me about his unhappy relationship with his wife. I see an image of her and sense

that she has not revealed to her husband what is bothering her. As his angels elaborate using words, I sense her

anger over his unwillingness to participate in any of her pursuits. Then I have the distinct feeling that she is

fanning the flame of this resentment so much that she is giving herself headaches and compromising her health

in other ways. I see dark areas around her colon and liver. I verbalize my feelings and images to the client. Her

angels offer verbal suggestions to help the husband improve the relationship.

Example #2 – A client asks me about her mother’s health. While I relate a verbal response from her angels, I

am shown an image of some of the mother’s sluggish lymphatic vessels. Simultaneously, I receive a feeling that

the mother is mildly depressed and that she cannot motivate herself to exercise her body. The client’s angels

offer verbal suggestions.

Experiences Which Are Common Among Beginners

If you see how your experience is similar to that of many other novices, you can recognize that you are making

progress. If you recognize that you are making progress, you are more likely to practice. Practice builds

confidence in your abilities. Practice develops a finer quality reception. (Remember that you may hear your

angels without ever having experienced any of the following.)

1. Swirling colors. This usually indicates that your angels and guides are working on tuning into you while

you are listening for them.

2. Incoherent or broken transmissions. You might hear a series of incomplete sentences that seem to have little

or no connection to each other. Assuming that you practice daily, this condition could last anywhere from

several days to several weeks. Regular practice will eventually yield more substantial, coherent results.

3. Mental pictures in rapid succession. Images may appear in a quick sequence of seemingly unrelated

fragments. There is no need to seek any meaning from this type of imagery. Relax and enjoy the show. This

phenomenon is usually temporary. Just see it as a routine blip on the screen arising from your efforts to tune

in.

4. Physical indicators of your angels’ presence. Such indicators include but are not limited to: warmth;

tingling; subtle pressure on one side of your head or body; sense of cool or animated space around you; gut

feeling that seems to be coming from something wiser than you; illusory sensation of your head expanding

or dissolving; sense of someone near you.

5. Words moving from one side to another on the screen of your mind (or fixed on the screen of your mind).

No, your angels are not working on a screen saver for your computer monitor. This is a valid mode of

receiving messages. Eventually, visual words may stop, replaced by reception via thoughts (clairaudience).

6. Multiple messages received simultaneously. If you have the impression that several angels are talking to

you simultaneously, there is no need to remain overwhelmed or confused. Ask them to speak to you as a

singular voice. If you continue to receive multiple streams of messages, it is possible that your mind creates

a variety of translations from a single angelic message. If you maintain the expectation that you receive one

message at a time, secondary translations will eventually line up behind the primary one so that you can

channel one word at a time.

7. Temporary shutdown. Periods of high stress could temporarily blur or block your perception of your angel

guides’ messages. Once the high stress disappears, angel communication should re-appear as you obtain

relief from physically held stress. Remember to observe the practices that were fundamental for you as you

developed abilities to hear spiritual messages.

Many beginners find it to be quite easy to recognize the voices of their angel guides. However, an equal number

need to overcome some sort of hindrance. Perhaps you had difficulties with procedures from books designed to

point the way to your first angel dialogue. Did you learn to “dial up” your angel connection, then floundered

regarding content and quality? Perhaps you were uncertain whether you actually heard any response at all from

your angels.

Whether you are a novice, an accomplished medium, or fall somewhere in between, you should find Born to

Hear Heaven’s Helpers to be helpful. Some tidbit might flip a switch to illumine something that for you was

previously vague, confusing, incomplete or troubling about contacting the other side.

mente durante la contemplación silenciosa, la meditación, o por medio de un sueño. Su sistema de guía interior también incluye la capacidad de escucha espiritual que puede producir un diálogo entre ti y los amigos en reinos no físicos. Algunas personas obtienen fragmentos de oraciones. Tu puedes escuchar un mensaje y al mismo tiempo ver una imagen en la pantalla de tu mente. Un mensaje escrito puede moverse en una línea

a través de la pantalla de tu mente como palabras de un protector de pantalla de la computadora. Algunos reciben una sensación similar a un flash de visión, una corazonada o un presentimiento.

En ocasiones, he oído decir a una persona que oyó que la llamaban cuando nadie más estaba físicamente presente. El nombre se escuchó de manera auditiva - a través de los oídos físicos en lugar de un pensamiento en la mente. La fuente de cada llamada podría haber sido la guía de un ángel o de un amigo familiar fallecido. Los ángeles pueden utilizar su nombre (no siempre) como una manera de mejorar su relación contigo. Amigos fallecidos podrían utilizar su nombre para hacerle saber que están contentos y bien. ángeles vienen como pensamientos en tu mente y no a través de tus oídos físicos.

Los Ángeles de la guarda con frecuencia se comunican con sus seres humanos asignados. Sólo porque no seas consciente no significa que se están perdiendo. Sin embargo, los ángeles no están buscando convertirte en un títere. Es posible que influyan en ti con respecto a tu progreso personal, sin el control de tus acciones. Conocí a una mujer que, durante mucho tiempo, tenia la sugerencia de sus ángeles para dejar su trabajo a tiempo completo. La sugerencia le vino través de sus sueños en lugar de a través de escucha espiritual. Ella se había limitado a sí misma a la creencia de que estaba atrapada en un trabajo agotador de tiempo completo por tiempo indefinido. Esto se produce cuando en repetidas ocasiones escuchar, ver o sentir, facilita el acceso durante el tiempo dedicado a tus ángeles guías.

 

Cada uno de los siguiente ilustra la recepción de los ángeles utilizando los tres modos.

Ejemplo # 1 - Un cliente me pregunta sobre su relación infeliz con su esposa. Veo una imagen de ella y de lo que no ha revelado a su marido sobre lo que le está molestando. Como sus ángeles lo elaboran utilizando las palabras, he sentido su ira por su renuencia a participar en cualquiera de sus actividades. Entonces tengo la clara sensación de que a ella se le aviva la llama de este resentimiento tanto que a ella misma le están dando dolores de cabeza y poner en peligro su salud. Veo las áreas oscuras alrededor de su colon y del hígado. Yo verbalizo mis sentimientos e imágenes para el cliente. Su ángeles ofrecen sugerencias verbales para ayudar a que el marido mejore la relación.

Ejemplo # 2 - Un cliente me pregunta acerca de la salud de su madre. Mientras sus ángeles se refieren a una respuesta verbal, me muestra una imagen de la madre. Al mismo tiempo, recibo una sensación de que la madre tiene depresión leve y que no puede motivarse a sí misma con el ejercicio de su cuerpo. Los ángeles del cliente ofrecen sugerencias verbales.

 

Experiencias que son comunes entre los principiantes

In order to connect with the angels in writing, all you need do is pray, breathe, listen, write, accept, follow your inner knowing, and trust.

4. WRITE: Hear the words come just a second before they are written. You will hear. Do not worry about it making sense. You do not have to go into some spiritual state. Just write what you hear as you hear it. Sometimes you will receive "thought sentences" where you know what you are going to write in total like a story you already know, or phrase you frequently use. The harder you think, the less flow there will be.

 

5. ACCEPT: What you write is what you write. We are guiding you, but it will feel as though you are making it up. It may always feel as though you are making it up. Acceptance is the most important part.

 

6. INNER KNOWING: There will be an absence of ego involved. You will not have to "think" about it as you would a paper. It just comes. You will find you don't remember what you wrote after you wrote it. It will always seem fresh.

 

7. TRUST: What we tell you is the best information we have at the time you receive it. We do not want to run your life. This is a guidance to speed you along and to teach you skills you will need in your life's work. These are spiritual gifts. You did not have to do anything to receive them. More will be given as you progress. Do not dissect for accuracy. Free will and different timetables create different patterns similar to ocean currents. It is possible to predict where they are going, but not possible to control them or to predict accurately.

Limits only exist in the mind.  Your mind has been programmed to believe in ideas like permanent boundaries, deadlines, "have to's", and that some things just are not possible!  Your thoughts and emotions act like blinders, keeping you from seeing and FEELING all that you are capable of creating.  The mind tends to remain focused on what isn't working out, instead of the myriad of infinite possibilities that are constantly there for the taking.  The Universe is always our perfect mirror, reflecting the infinite quality of our true nature.  In the deepest reality, we are infinite beings that never die, and thus have access to infinite experiences and manifestations.  This experience can only be found through transcending the mind.

2. RESPIRAR: sentarse y relajarse. Respira y quedar abierto. No meditar, pero tampoco activarse. Permanece con naturaleza serena.

3. ESCUCHAR: Llegamos a usted como un susurro, suave y apacible. Se parecerá a tus propios pensamientos, pero vamos a detenernos e iniciar. Si oyes tres palabras, escribe o teclea las tres palabras que escuchas. Puedes haber una pausa antes de las siguientes palabras, ellas vendrán. No lo fuerces.

4. ESCRIBIR: Escucha las palabras sólo un segundo antes de escribirlos. Se oye. No te preocupes por si tienen sentido. No tienes que ir a un estado espiritual. Sólo tienes que escribir lo que escuchas, como se oye. A veces, recibirás "Las sentencias de pensamiento", donde sabes lo que vas a escribir en total como una historia que ya conoces, o la frase que utilizas con frecuencia. Cuanto más trates de pensar, el flujo será menor.

5. ACEPTAR: Lo que escribes es lo que escribes. Estamos guiados, pero se sentirá como si estuvieras inventando. Siempre se puede sentir como si estuvieras inventando. La aceptación es la parte más importante.

6. Conocimiento interno: No habrá una ausencia de ego involucrado. No tendrás que "pensar" como si fuera un papel. Apenas viene. Vas a encontrar que no recuerdas lo que escribiste después de que lo escribiste. Y siempre parecerá fresco.

7. CONFIANZA: Lo que decimos es la mejor información que tenemos en el momento para qué la recibas. No queremos hacer correr tu vida. Esta es una guía para tu vida a lo largo y para enseñarte las habilidades que necesitarás en el trabajo de tu vida. Estos son los dones espirituales. Tú no tienes que hacer nada para recibirlos. Angels (and people ) get a (plasma or aura) body when their field effect becomes centripedal- that is to say begins to implode and attract toward center. Angel ALPHABETS appear to be shadows of field effects whose VORTEX SHADOW ANGLE- or symmetry elements allows them to fuse implosively (centripedally). It is simply a certain series of donuts or vortex that learn how to approach each other at the right angle to implode and 'make a heart' (fractal center). ( Note how John McGovern- apparently now able to translate most any rock petroglyph globally- calls these ancient alphabet letters: "Plasma Residues". The purpose of making a fractal center- is to create the centripedal or self organizing heart of energy bodies. This creates the implosive self organizing nature of life itself. Living bodies (like your aura) are like a cloud of charge- called plasma- which have a 'fractal' heart force at center- holding them together.

In science these fractal -nested one inside the other- shadows of field effects or donuts (toroidal fields) are sometimes called PLASMA RESIDUES. Understanding how we hold and see and steer these plasma bubbles or orbs or incubus- is the core of what a Shaman does. What the shamans are seeing in THEIR inner plasma - is the glowing shape of charge compression of major plasma winds (angel bodies) as they impinge our planet. They correctly know- that you either embedded your aura in that approaching tornado - or you became 'toast'.

What the Ophanim / Enochian alphabet (plasma residues of implosion into angel bodies) tried to teach us was just that: how to get our aura into plasma bodies the size of stars. This is nicely reflected in how the Ophanim characters were used to make the STARGATE movie.

Physics now can well describe what a "Stargate" is. It is a charge field which has become implosive or centripedal due to golden ratio fractality. The elements of the field (toroid donuts of charge) which assemble to make such charge compression - in a constructiveway among waves - is called FRACTAL (infinite non-destructive compression- to use the Einstein concept).

There is a REASON that this electric field of charge symmetry is called a "STARGATE". Examples would be the temple complex-electrical function of what was called AMARNA/AMENTI - or even the original electrical layout/now dysfunctional - of Jerusalem/URU-ASSA-EL-M- where the URU -dragon line - ASSA- queens - make the EL or PHASE SHIFT by conjugation. The reason is that a significant portion of the plasma body ('ka' your aura's coherence) - is by conjugate fractality turning compression IN to acceleration (by golden ratio conjugation) (film part 7 at goldenmean.info/selforganization ) This is not just the mechanism of symmetry which turns electric fields IN to gravity- it is also the mechanism which YOU can use to project your aura/ perceptual center- electrically in to stars and time travel- then SHEM in AN.

The part of your plasma which can then be accelerated thru the speed of light - into time travel - is called the 'BA'- like a seed pushed from the shell of the KA. Mer-KA-BA. The tricky part is developing the coherence (perfected by fractality) in your attention (phase conjugate aura) - so as to project your center of gravity / attention (phase conjugation) - so as to take your organs of perception (where the waves of charge are sucked into phase sorting conjugation) - WITH you. If we examine how electric fields, especially - living plasma from biology - what you call your AURA- - create that kind of self organizing centripedal force- we arrive at the symmetry of the dodecahedron - which embeds directly from the HYPERCUBE- which Vincent Bridges discovered in the pattern within the OPHANIM alphabet symbols.

To make the long physics story really short, by showing us the angular or symmetry elements to embed our auras or plasma into stellar plasma fields - (black holes) - these angelic beings were showing us how to merge our bodies into theirs.

Why do they want us to merge with them? We are the substance- biologic life force plasma which eventually is the seed for the body they need to become. Or -to put it another way, somebody has to grow up big enough to be the plasma holding not just elemental kingdoms together, but eventually to be the plasma which holds stars together!

Angelic stories are romantic and full of love (perfect embedding) - and it is my suggestion that one of the best ways to see the love and pure intention in these angel stories - is to use pure physics. The symmetry ingredients of life itself are embedded in these ancient 'angelic calls'. In practical terms- this means if your regional ET knocks on your door from a metal craft (Greys/Khumer)- instead of a plasma storm that came thru the SUN - best to leave the door locked.

Darlene developed a syntax sequence for how many tornado cones converged to make each Ophanim letter. DNA absorbs the charge if the angle of approach of the field is correct (alphabet letters are plasma residue or 'shadow's of charge fields). The language of our genes- determining whether charge is absorbed in genes - is the 'turning' point- controlling what 'CAN BE REMEMBERED'.

Physics is clear about -what’s the purpose of remembering? When biology can hold a cloud of charge into a wave that can stand and keep rotating for a long time- that is called biologic memory or sustainability.         Los arquetipos existen como potencial y yacen latentes en tu conciencia. Todos tenemos por

lo menos un arquetipo, el cual permanece latente hasta que es liberado por alguna situación del

entorno o de la vida mental, consciente o inconsciente de una persona. Una vez liberado, el arquetipo

manifiesta sus poderes y atributos a través de ella. Lo que haces con tu vida es normalmente un

excepcional en el mundo —un rey o un presidente— seguramente tiene a Zeus o a Hera como

        Es posible liberar conscientemente a tu arquetipo por medio de la intención. Cuando

descubres cuáles son tus arquetipos primarios puedes empezar a llamarlos diariamente. Rodea tu

cama de símbolos, palabras o representaciones que te recuerden tus arquetipos. Que éstas sean las

vives exista en tu cuerpo: edificios, gente, tráfico y campo. Sigue expandiendo tu sentido del yo hasta

incluir en tu ser físico el estado en el que vives, tu país y finalmente el planeta entero. Observa cómo

Evocations are spells designed to cause a physical manifestation of the angel in the proximity of the summoned. Depending on the spell used, different components may be utilized including knives, circles drawn upon the floor, candles, books, incense, etc. The use of incense is particularly common since it is believed that the ethereal smoke is required as a body in which the angel may make itself seen.

Invocations are much like evocations with one major difference. Instead of causing the angel to appear physically, the user of the magic tries to convince the angel to enter their body directly and thusly communicate with them that way.

 

 

Invocation of the Four Archangels

 

Invoke Uriel in the East. Face the East and as if in prayer say, " I invoke Uriel in the space in front of me. Please give me clarity in this day. How can I best be of service." Or ask specifically for help with clarity on that problem.

Move then to the right, which is south, and the archangel Raphael. If there is a particular healing you need - physical or emotional - ask Raphael for that.But also think about what's dying away in your life so that something new can be born, and ask for illumination or help about that thing.

To the west, invoke the archangel Gabriel to give strength to face and overcome one's fears. Ask, "What are my fears and where do I need strength." Then ask for Gabriel's help.

The last angel is in the north and that is Michael. He is the energy of wisdom and love. Spend a moment reflecting on your life and if there's something you feel you need insight on or true wisdom about, then ask for Michael's help.

After the invocation of the angels, imagine the feminine, nurturing, the womb-like aspect of the god. Imagine that image washing over you and pouring through you. All negativity and doubt wash away. Your heart becomes lighter and lighter and expands to encase you in an egg of light, which interweaves with the light of the Divine.

Sit in that Divine presence for a period of time afterwards as the bulk of your meditation.

Invitation To Your Angel

 

1. Find a quiet spot to sit for a moment.

2. Close your eyes and imagine you can feel the presence of your Guardian Angel. If you could see this Angel, what would it look like to you? Any shape or form is fine, for your angel will take on the shape you need the most, the form you want to see. Your Angel encourages contact from you and is quite willing to mold its form into a shape that you find comfortable with. Imagine this as clearly as you can.

3. Imagine that this Angel is smiling, that this Angel is radiating a love that surrounds you with comfort, safety, and security. Really feel this feeling in your body if you can. Feel it in your emotions.

4. Imagine that your Angel is saying to you these words "It's all right. It's all right, It's all right." Allow your body to feel the relief that accompanies these words. Allow your body to feel relief in the knowledge that it *is* all right. For it is all right for you to be who you are, to think what you think and to feel what you feel.

5. If there is something else that you would like your Guardian Angel to say to you - something that is loving, that holds no judgement, only love - a greater love than you have ever experienced in this lifetime - then imagine your Angel saying this to you. Feel the words of your Angel moving through your body, settling your unsettled emotions, calming your confusion.

6. Thank your angel for this gift. And know that the words your Angel has said and the feeling of comfort your angel has brought you, the feeling of safety, is yours. You can tap into this at any time, in any place. It is your birthright.

Through the use of imagination, to imagine that your Angel is there, you tap into the reality that your Angel *is* there. Through the use of your imagination, you begin to develop a relationship with your Guardian Angels or with the other High Beings and Angels around you.

These exercises in imagination are the beginnings of a wonderful reality in which you begin to understand the essence of who you are.

Invite your Angel to be with you at other times. Acknowledge your Angel's presence when you are sitting in the theatre watching a movie, enjoying a beautiful song, or during a time of discomfort or stress. Know that your Angel is with you at all times, in good and in bad, and you give yourself the gift of safety, of security, of knowing that you are not alone. You do not have to face your world alone. You have help.

Guardian Angels

 

Feeling safe can cover a lot of distance. It can range from feeling secure in your world, secure in your personal safety, if you live in a place that is full of violence and strife, to feeling secure that you can find your next meal, to a vague feeling of satisfaction with your circumstances. For most people, a feeling of safety lies somewhere in the middle.

As you begin to explore your own spirituality, the only real way you can feel safe is to adopt a belief that you are here for a reason, that you existed before you were born into this reality and that you will continue to exist after your body has died. A feeling of safety comes from a belief that you are loved unconditionally, by beings who are not caught up in your everyday reality in physicality.

To know that you have a Guardian Angel who is keeping watch over you can help you feel safe. This does not mean that when your soul has decided that it is time for you to experience an injury, disease or even death, that your Guardian Angel can protect you from these. But your Angel is someone who is with you at all times, is someone who walks beside you in your good times and your bad times, who can be invited to share with you, the pleasures and sorrows of your everyday life.

Your Guardian Angel loves you without question. Your Guardian Angel encourages you, gives you support.

There are other Angels who will be with you if you ask for them. You can ask an Angel to oversee your home. You can ask Angels to oversee your relationships. By believing that angels can be a part of your everyday life, that there is something higher that accompanies you at all times, can help you feel an enormous sense of safety, of security.

To know that you are loved, no matter what you say, know matter what you think, no matter what you feel, is a wonderful gift you can give to yourself. To imagine that you are not alone, to begin to believe it is true that you are not alone, can help you feel a sense of safety, comfort and security. It can also be the first step in learning that it is all right for you to love yourself with the same all encompassing love, no matter what you say, no matter what you think, no matter what you feel.

Love is what you are made of. Love is what has created the entire universe. And any steps you take to tap into that feeling of love, for yourself or for those around you, is a tapping into your true nature.

Here is a short exercise you can use as often as you want to tap into the feeling of security and safety that you get when you get closer to your true nature. Use this during times of forgetfulness, when you are unsure of yourself, when you feel a little bewildered or lost.

 

 

Letter Writing To The Oversoul And Guardian Angel

 

A problem cannot be solved at the level it was created. You may use this Ritual if you have a situation which needs healing, a condition you cannot solve, or a person with whom you have no luck communicating third dimensionally. You are allowed to write a letter to the Oversoul and Guardian Angel of _______________. The following is now the text of the letter.

I ask for Divine intervention for my relationship with _________ (or healing for). I ask for healing of body, mind, spirit and emotions in all dimensions, and time frames. Recognizing that I do not fully understand the karmic implications in this situation I ask the Oversoul and Angels to intervene. I ask for healing from addiction, or anger, diseases, etc. I ask that ______________ become aware for their true nature, their mission and their Oversoul. Because it has been promised that to ask and we shall receive. I recognize that by writing these letters for fourteen days in a row and on the fourteenth day burning the letters, that I am acting in accordance with spirit. I now release this person and their condition to God for resolution.

This ritual is the only way I am aware of for the Oversoul and Guardian Angel to be given a special dispensation to over ride the person's free will for six weeks to positively influence the person's life. You may do this for addicted individuals, but I would to the exorcism also, as most addicted people are periodically possessed and not fighting their addiction for only one person. This is one of the greatest gifts you can offer another person. You do not have to have their permission to write these letters. You can also write the letters for Earth or a country or condition which is present on the Earth.

You write the letters for 14 days (if you miss a day, you keep writing until you have fourteen letters). You then burn the letters on the 14th day and release the person to God and ask for the highest good for all concerned. Fire energy assists in transmuting the situation. You may write the letters every eight weeks, leaving six weeks in between to allow the Oversoul to intervene. Many miracles have been reported through the use of this prayer technique. Above all, read your letter and ask yourself, "Are you doing this out of love for this person, or because of your need to control them?" If so, redo the wording of the letter and be honest about your motives.

Through the authority invested in me by the Cosmic Christ Consciousness, I deliberately call forth to the energy of the ArchAngel Michael and the Band of Mercy (a group of angels whose job it is to move lost souls out of the astral plane) to enter the body, home, automobile and place of work of ____________ to remove all negative influences and entities. I ask that these energies and entities be taken into the Light for transmutation and that there be no negative side effects physical, mental or emotional to ______________'s bodies. I ask that __________'s body now be triple sealed (it is helpful to think of the person in three bubbles of light, purple, pink and white) against any further invasion of negative forces.

Summoning The Angels

 

1. Acknowledge that there is a power within you that is greater than yourself.

2. Meditate as an active listener, not just always the asker.

3. Now summon the angels. (They usually speak in your own thought voice.)

4. Experience the outpouring of creative energy releasing within you like a warm incubator light.

5. Sigh in thanksgiving as you empty your crystal chalice temple of stale thoughts and negative patterns.

6. Be receptive to listening. Let go of those blocks like notions, assumptions, myths and criticism that drown out creativity, risks and unscientific notions.

7. Bless this declaration and instill positive affirmation rather than those usual notes of self-criticism.

8. Ask for openness. One that does not criticize yourself. If that dreadful voice arises (and it does), let go of it.

9. Picture yourself as a vital, enthusiastic, healthy, peaceful and creative sparkle.

10. Embrace and encounter the unlimited power within yourself.

11. Recognize that you are a sacred creative being, inspired by angels, full of exciting ideas and boundless creative energy.

Angel Invocation

 

This is something I copied from the book "Ask Your Angels". It's an angel invocation in the form of a chant. It goes like this:

It was given to the authors by angels in C-sharp but can be chanted on any note that feels right to you as many times as it feels right to you. It means "I bring all of myself, mind, body, emotions, and soul, together in the presence of the angels". Personally, I have had the best results with this chant by performing it as I fall asleep. it has caused the angels to influence my dreams many times.

DEAR ANGELS and WINGE'D BEINGS:

Please manifest your beings among the race of men. We urgently ask that you beings of spirit who are our brothers in light, enter now the realm of Earth and help us to restore Gaia to Her former beauty and harmony.

We ask this assistance because in our denial of our full selves, we have allowed unscrupulous, soul-less beings to enter our world and these beings even now are destroying it. They are deceiving our minds, they are spreading misinformation to confuse us, they are destroying our resources, they are kidnapping our children, they are stealing our health, they are spreading diseases, they are creating weapons to use against our planet and ourselves, they are plotting to enslave humans, they are brainwashing our leaders, they are threatening our scientists and thinkers, they are raping Nature of her power, and they are stealing our free will. All this they do without love and without care for God's will, for our planet's will and for our will.

We ask for your intervention, knowing that we have been guilty as a species of doing this same violence to other beings on our beloved planet. And we ask now forgiveness for our ignorance. We vow that should you come in your winged form as our spirit selves and aid us now, we will henceforth, decry all violence against our planet and take up the stewardship that our AmerIndians so ably demonstrated in the past.

Oh madre María ayúdame a experimentar que hay mucho más que vivir de lo que conozco. A experimentar más de lo que me han contado las religiones del mundo, los gobiernos, la educación recibida. Ayúdame a reconectarme con la llama del amor universal que me lleva a la auto trascendencia dentro de mí que es la fuerza de la creación divina. Puedo ir más allá de toda limitación de todo dolor y sufrimiento de este mundo. E ir incluso más allá de la muerte y ganar mi victoria como un ser ascendido. Y manifestar la consciencia crística en este cuerpo físico y ser el amor incondicional de constante y eterna auto trascendencia en el planeta tierra.

Madre de dios, yo te acepto como mi hermana mayor y escucho tus palabras en mi corazón.

 

Te doy la bienvenida como una madre amable que me soportas hasta que mi corazón es llenado con el amor incondicional y que me ayudas a dejar ir mis miedos, mi miedo a dar a luz al niño crístico que hay en mí. Mis miedos de ver al Arcángel Gabriel que viene a anunciarme que tengo el potencial de convertirme en la consciencia crística que es mi mayor fuerza en la tierra y que anuncia la luz encarnada que soy.

 

Arcángel Gabriel estrella de la mañana, hijo del creador, lléname con la luz infinita del espíritu. Por que se que tu voluntad divina es mi voluntad humana.

 

Acepto plenamente que soy sellado con el amor incondicional de la madre de dios, el amor imparable del ser puro de dios que va más allá de toda forma. En el nombre del padre, del hijo, de la madre y del espíritu santo sea hecho

y mi corazón sellado con el amor infinito de dios, que es la máxima protección contra las puertas del infierno y las fuerzas de este mundo. Por lo que vivo en el amor siempre y soy el amor en este mundo. Amén.

Madre María

 

Yo soy María algunas veces conocida como Madre María, otras como Isis, Quan Yin. Soy la diosa, el aspecto femenino de la energía creadora. Soy el la representación de la energía femenina. La diosa. La Virgen María es solamente una de ellas en tercera dimensión. Mi trabajo ahora en la tierra es el de ayudar a hacer comprender el aspecto femenino. No solamente ha hacer comprender a los hombres el aspecto femenino, sino del de hacer que las mujeres integren el suyo.

 

El amor incondicional es la energía de la libertad. Ninguna otra energía puede traer libertad. Muchos creen que las guerras, luchas, traen libertad. Hay un error en eso, en que si las mujeres chocan con la energía de los hombres, integran la energía de los hombres y actúan como hombres se liberarán. Comprendan lo siguiente, si eres mujer te esclavizarás por una ilusión que supuestamente te hace alcanzar la libertad. No habrá libertad asociada con el amor incondicional y no juicio.

 

Si por el contrario, os embellecéis físicamente para parecer más femeninas, o desnudáis físicamente ofreciendo vuestro cuerpo femenino para usar sexualmente a los hombres, u os prostituís por dinero, y es cuando en el interior hay dolor, resentimiento contra los hombres, esperando tomar su lugar, y poder, lo que estáis es creando más y más dolor, hacia vosotras mismas, los hombres y vuestros hijos. ¿Donde está la liberación en eso?

 

Es cierto que las energías de los hombres han sido las dominantes durante miles de años. Incluso cientos de miles de años atrás fueron las energías de la mujer las dominantes. Y mucho más anterior las energías del hombre y la mujer estuvieron en un balance perfecto.

 

Lo que vosotros llamáis la caída del hombre ya se mencionaba en la biblia. La energía de la mujer llega a ser dominante, las mujeres controlando a los hombre a través del enojo, dominio, restricción de pensamiento y actividades. La energía de la mujer también crea destrucción y muerte entre los hombres. En ese momento la consciencia decae porque el amor es olvidado. No la emoción del amor sino el amor incondicional en armonía y balance.

 

Muchos de vosotros traéis impresa a nivel celular la batalla entre los sexos. Ahora es el momento de comprender si eres hombre que es hora de integrar tu feminidad. Integrar tu feminidad no significa que tengas que sentarte y no hacer nada. Que tengas que dejar de ser hombre. Significa que tienes que dejar de dominar. Tienes que dejar la idea de que los hombres protegen y que las mujeres son débiles.

 

Competir más para ser más, que gran error, habéis olvidado compartir vuestros dones y riquezas como hombres y mujeres. Solo el amor incondicional sin prejuicios os trae unión e intimidad con el verdadero ser.

 

Armonía y balance es lo que necesitamos ahora. Como integrar tu aspecto femenino. Abre tu corazón y permite que el amor fluya dentro y a través de ti. Amor incondicional sin condiciones, sin juicios, sin polaridades, sin control, solo amor incondicional.

 

Comprender que controlar el amor es un error, y muchos de los que estáis en relaciones amorosas sois controlados a través del miedo los cellos, el enojo, el miedo a la pérdida. Estas energías impiden que el amor incondicional entre en vosotros. Muchos de vosotros funcionáis de la siguiente manera: tú haces esto por mí y yo hago esto por ti. Si haces esto, te hago feliz y te amo. Eso no es amor incondicional.

 

 

Estas energías de los celos, el miedo y la pérdida vienen de no saber que cada uno hombre y mujer es un dios-diosa combinado, el poder divino está en ti y no fuera en el otro. Así que para las mujeres ¿cuál es el camino a seguir? Muchas de vosotras tratan de parecer hombres, se comportan como hombres piensan que la” libertad” va a funcionar. JA, JA, JA, como pueden estar tan equivocadas. Pensando que la libertad va a funcionar. La adicción al trabajo te quita tiempo para pensar, entrar en ti, en tus emociones, tiempo para meditar para que puedas integrar las cosas y disfrutar.

 

Comprendan que las mujeres son los primeros gurus que un niño tiene, el guru o el maestro que enseña el amor verdadero y que es incondicional es el mejor maestro que puedes tener. Esto no quiere decir que las mujeres tienen que abandonarse, sino que deben integrar el amor otra vez en ellas en el corazón e integrar su lado masculino en equilibrio más que una forma agresiva de ser.

 

El amor incondicional es la energía de la libertad. Para las mujeres supone cambiar patrones de comportamiento y conducta. Los cambios de patrones de conducta sin embargo son diferentes para los hombres. Es momento de levantarte con tu propio poder, es el momento de hacer los cambios en tu vida. ¿Cómo hacerlo? No con agresión, con amor, amor incondicional. Esto no quiere decir que tengas que entregar tu poder divino. Simplemente significa que tienes que ser tu misma. Esto quiere decir que permitáis el amor que os pertenece por derecho de nacimiento.

 

Estar enfocado en el amor incondicional no quiere decir que seas débil. Tienes que hacer cosas, tomar decisiones, tienes que decir cosas a otras personas que no te gustan. No permitas que el miedo oscurezca tu corazón y mente.

 

Yo María os pido que abráis vuestros corazones sentaros en silencio por un momento o dos, y yo os traigo en este momento la energía del amor incondicional, permítete recibirla, sentirla.

 

Yo os dejo mi amor, os dejo en mi luz, y os pido que os deis cuenta de cual se vuestro derecho de nacimiento, y que además espero que el creador os bendiga con la luz y el amor que sois y con el amor y la luz que merecéis.
